Yes, we know perfectly well how important comfortable accommodation is after work. We work closely with a partner POLSOLIDE Housing, allowing us to ensure our employees have tested, fully equipped, and safe accommodation close to the project site (most often in houses or specialized worker hotels).

Most of our projects in the industrial and energy sectors require a valid VCA (Health and Safety) certificate. Safety is our priority. If you do not have a certificate, in many cases We help in its issuance or renewal even before the project starts. Contact us to discuss the details!

We focus on heavy industry and installations in a broad sense. We are primarily looking for: steel structure fitters, cable tray fitters, industrial electricians, earthing and lightning protection system fitters, process automation specialists, and flange mechanics.

On industrial sites, communication is crucial for safety (HSE). We expect a good command of the language. English, German, or Dutch. However, for trips with well-coordinated teams, it's enough for at least one person in the team to communicate fluently in a foreign language.
